Does Land Profit Generator Work?
It doesn’t… unless you do.
What’s compelling about Jacks’ story is that he’s made over hundreds of thousands dollars selling and buying cheap land and there’s very, very few people who can claim this. His course has massive appeal just because we all want to find out exactly what he does different – what’s his secret?
I reviewed the online video version of Land Profit Generator. One thing was quite clear – Jack uses land purchase strategies in a similar way to how I analyze real estate development and income properties.
The strategy Jack applies is about leveraging multiple resources in multiple niches to make a lot of money in real estate without having the hassle of toilets, tenants, and termites. This is not about becoming the largest land owners in America.
Although the overall strategy might be quite different between what I do and what Jack does, if you break things down, the fundamentals remain the same.
Jack’s system for profitable land buying and selling still relies on the same principles to make it work, which are -
1. How to find land owner or owners online
2. Free land owner search of distressed property or people
3. Discover higher and better uses
4. Make offers
5. Keep for a long-term equity position or sell for a quick profit
Jack’s video sessions and hard-copy material break down these processes, however there’s something different about Jack’s system which is evident even in the style of video he uses to teach in the course: it’s extremely to the point – but not always.
I just finished reviewing the online version and there’s something about it that bugs me, but I can see it as a distinct advantage too – it’s all about the accent.
Like in session 2 – Shortcut to Finding A Great area. He say’s:
“When I told my students these specific websites to do research and they went off their socks.”
Must be the Germanic term for “they went out of their minds.”
Jack’s telling his story in this course, he’s not simply saying do this, then that… he’s showing you how exactly how to do this, then that and then repeat it again with a new land project. Do this enough and you may not become Warren Buffett wealthy, yet you may be able to buy clothes from Nordstrom instead of Target. Simple as that.
Well, perhaps not as simple as that, but if you want something brief, with ONLY the actions necessary to make money by building your own Ted Turner empire of acres of land, this is definitely NOT the course for you.

- As he goes over the PowerPoint video presentations, he does a great job expanding on his points. I felt like he was in my office in Mesa, Arizona… going over each point in excruciating detail.
- It’s efficient and simple – not easy – just simple.
- Jack covers a lot of different techniques and uses video training to keep things organized (I think hard copy materials are available too).
- Jack recommends email list building to gather buyers. I think this is key. Imagine having an email list of 500 to 5,000 land buyers.
- By focusing in buying land and internet research, the selection process really is a process – no “gut-feeling-this-is-it-gotta-have-it” emotional attachment needed – look for the numbers, find where the money is being made already, then send out letters. If you don’t have enough money to buy 100 stamps a month, then you probably still need to focus on the part-time job as a Wal-Mart greeter.
Jack ends the course by talking about how to gather massive amounts of buyers – another tactic I’m a fan of. I learned about one little known United Kingdom website that has already been extremely helpful in my research.
What I DON’T Like About Land Profit Generator
Here’s where I think they could improve on -
The videos are long. Yes, okay this is an advantage too, training is efficient with videos, because most people don’t like to read… but one of his videos is over 110 minutes long. Some people are going to be left totally drained or going to start speaking German.
But after a while, I got use to his accent.
I wanted to hear more case study type feedback from more Jack’s students like Jill. He lays out the system very well, but I really trust testimonials with people’s full names and numbers, because as you know I will do my own research.
Slow down, he’s speaks very fast at times. I had to pause the video and go back a few times to catch what he said.
The online marketing information on attracting land real estate buyers in very in-depth, and some time he goes off in tangents since it seems to be recorded live, yet he still stays on point for the most part.
Can you Americans buy land in Mexico?
Well, if you say, “Me want to buy land Argentina or buy land Mexico…”
I think the video training sessions that WON’T help you are:
* Session 8 Preliminary land value analysis
* Session 10B Property issues research
* Session 11 Closing with a title company
* Session 12 Closing WITHOUT a title company
The other 21 sessions should be able to assist those who want to buy international land. Go ahead and buy that land in Germany, just invite me over for Octoberfest!
The creator, Jack Bosch, lives in my adopted home town of Phoenix, Arizona. Why is this important?
I can easily find out if he truly is a licensed real estate agent or not. After going through the Mike Watson Investments issue, I check out everybody I recommend like an IRS agent.

I’ve learned, from recently reading the works of Earnest Hemingway, that I need to be more concise and straight to the point. I am going to lay this out for you in as few words as possible.
Here’s a break down of how to make money in real estate as taught within Land Profit Generator.
1. Research using the internet.
2. Come to grips that you have to talk to on the phone to get deals done.
3. Make offers with those who want to play by your rules
4. Negotiate and Re-negotiate
5. Promote your property using various internet marketing techniques
6. Sell to motivated buyers
7. Then do it all over again from step 1 with a new land project
That’s it in a nutshell. It’s not rocket science, but there’s work to do. Your job if you follow this path is to be diligent by forcing yourself to take action to complete every step. No short cuts! Jack recommends outsourcing too, but not every task above, so there’s always going to be something to do.
Who Should Buy This Deal?
Of course, Jack’s system is different to mine because I don’t have one. I don’t have any guru status or the standard Flashy Realtor Silver BMW…
As I am writing this, I’ve lived in the same house since 2000 and view properties in a paid-off 2001 Penny-Pincher Beige Camry. Tempted to upgrade? Yes…
But I like my current expenses more than vaulted ceilings in a McMansion.
I do think Jack’s training is worth studying, which is why I listened to the entire online version, because it offers another income source so I can make improvements to my barren backyard.
I’m currently executing his strategies and will periodically report back to you… and show you what I did with the money with before and after pictures of my backyard.
If to this point you have struggled to make ends meet flipping houses, stop caring so much about your passion in remodeling and just do what Jack does – find undervalued land in different areas of the country, partner with professionals and technology to find motivated sellers and ready-willing-able buyers.

Hi Kendall,
Jack doesn’t sound like a Russian name to me and even in America, “Jack” its sometimes a nickname for “John.” I wondered why you did not try searching on just his last name in the Arizona realtor database. If you do you’ll see a “BOSCH, JOACHIM” which, if you google you will find Joachim is Jack Bosch’s first name. You should update your video so viewers aren’t left hanging feeling suspicious of Jack.
