Currently, I have tmobile as my cell phone provider. I have a killer rate plan, that was grandfathered in… but I don’t have the data package. The other day, I went to a tmobile store in Tempe, Arizona to discuss the new Samsung Gravity. While we talking the tmobile employee told me that over 60% of the worlds population has a cell phone.

Then she said, “There over 5 Billion mobile phone Subscribers worldwide.”

I didn’t YET get the Samsung Gravity, because I balked at paying the additional $35 more per a month.  But after some research, I found that…

That’s what 20-year old Adam Horwitz has been doing successfully for the past couple of years. Even though he’s not a tmobile employee, Adam realized how he could market products using mobile phones and has been destroying it… to the tune of over $1000 a day.

Here’s why…

In May, Google bought out a company called AdMob for $750 million. AdMob was one of the first companies to offer a way to get ads inside Android and IPhone mobile apps.

What I Found Out When I Launch My First Mobile Campaign

I signed up with Adfonic, one of the suggested mobile marketing platforms Adam Horwitz suggested. I opened the account with $50. I decided to use $25 towards a test market using the free software tool Ada provided.

It took about two day for my campaign to be approved at $0.06 per click.

However, just like Adam said, people started pouring into my opt-in list. I should make about $300 and I didn’t do everything right. I just put it out there.

With the other $25 I plan to target a real estate specifically. I will let you know how that mobile marketing campaign goes.

Who Should Take Advantage of Mobile Marketing Software

Those who understand this is not like free blog, article marketing and dabbled with pay per click, this is going to be another feather in your marketing cap. You need money to do this. Just not a lot if you do it right with CPA offers. Don’t expect that your $25 to last a weekend. I think I received 2,000 clicks on my ad in a matter of minutes.

What I learned is that you 2,000 clicks can happen in a matter of minutes. I thought my $25 would last at least two days. I also have a better understanding that I need to have my CPA offers in place… so don’t don’t rush before you have all the pieces in places

Other than the cost of Adam Horowitz’ Mobile Monopoly course, you need to have an aweber account. He does offer a software program to help automate everything.

If you are just starting with building your email list this is a perfect way to jump-start it, if you have don’t want to wait for the search engines to find your content.

I plan on doing at least two mobile campaigns every month, using the knowledge I learned from a local tmobile employee.

What used to be a simple matter of printing an ad in the newspaper and buying a billboard now requires extensive knowledge about the inner working of the internet.

For example, say you want to bring customers to your Dublin, CA dentist office.  One easy way you could do this is by using Google Maps optimization.  Optimizing using Google Maps Profile does two things for you:  it allows customers to see your location, find you on a mobile search, and receive honest feedback about your services instantly.

Claim and Complete Your Profile: First and foremost, create and/or claim your listing!  If your business profile is claimed and listed on Google Maps with other pertinent information about your services included in the correct manner, you will begin to rank higher on Google’s local results.  This will mean more customer traffic and click through.

As a side note, if you have no idea what I am talking about and are confused as to what “Google Maps optimization” or “search engine rankings” means, then you may want to outsource your internet marketing campaign to a company that specializes in maps optimization.  If, however, you feel comfortable tackling this Google Maps project on your own, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Be Accurate: If you are going to use Google Maps to enhance your customer base, make sure that you include only truthful information.  Let’s refer to our previous example of a Dublin, CA dentist.  If you want to do Google Maps optimization correctly, include a proper business name, phone number, and street address.  If you include other information, such as hours of operation or business type, it should also be truthful and accurate.

Customer Reviews: Once you have claimed your profile posted your information on Google Maps, customers will start to rate your services. You should encourage your best customers to do the same.  These reviews can be a boon to your business, allowing customers to quickly get a snapshot of the quality of your services with a simple click.  And in this age where a whole host of information can be relayed with a simple internet search, this is one important way that you can make your services stand out in a sea of competitors.

Google Maps optimization is one of the best ways you can differentiate your services and quickly get your name out into the public consciousness.  Use the program correctly and it will, in turn, work for you.
