Top 10 Things You Should Do With Your Radio Marketing Link
Step 1: Create a P.S.
Here’s why? Most people who are reading your e-mail will go to the bottom of the page. When they do this, and they see your PS they will say, “Hmm, what’s this?”
To make the most of your radio show a link. Create a PS that looks like this…
- Ps. Did you here my KJAM Radio interview? If not listen to it at http://bit.ly/YOURNAMESpeaks
Step 2: Make a Comment
Here’s why? The people who know you are going to listen to your interview. If they see that you commented on the show, it will be viewed as an endorsement and they are more apt comments themselves. When this happens, other people who may not know you will leave comments as well. Watch the following video…
As more people leave comments on your show, it will be perceived as even more valuable. More people will listen to what you have to say. The goal is for some listeners to contact you for future business.
Step 3: Add a Link
Here’s why? If you place a link from your website to your radio show interview, it will add to your credibility as the mover-and-shaker that you are. Here’s an example of what Andy Lockridge of www.Help4Retirement.com created on the sidebar of his website.

Step 4: Send an Email
Here’s Why? If you have a email list of clients or prospects, no matter how small, let them now how famous you are. Chris Brisson sent the below email to his database. Over 250 people listened to it over a 2 day period, resulting in 30 sales for Chris. Good job Chris!
Then when you list grows larger send it out again, or give me a call and let’s do another interview.
Anyway Keep Things Surprisingly Simple. Copy the below email, word-for-word, well except for the part word “as”, Chris meant to say “was.”

Step 5: Leave a Testimonial
Step 6: Write an Article
Step 7: Use As A Pre-Appointment Introduction.
Here’s Why? Your meeting with a prospect for the first time. They heard that you do good work and know your stuff. Yet has there ever been a time, that you felt those awkward 5 to 10 seconds when a prospect comes to your office? You do the typical shake-the-hand-how-are-you routine.
Wouldn’t be better if…
You sent your radio show interview to them. Which is only 17 to 25 minutes of great content. They listened to it before they met you. When they walk-in the door. And see you for the first time. They say, “Heard you radio interview, that was great information! I only have a few more questions, but I would like to work with you!
Talk about an ice breaker. Well, I’m hear to tell you. The above scenario has repeatedly happen for my radio show guest host.
